We drove to our local co-op today to get some
wheat berries. Have you ever heard of them? I hadn't until now. We are going to try growing some grass with them. We found the idea over at
Me and My Girl . We'll keep you updated once they sprout and let you know how it goes!

Hey, I've heard of them! I have several kinds on hand :) I normally grind them to make flour, but we have sprouted them! Sometimes I make bread with the sprouts, sometimes we munch on them. Have fun! Annika
